Our 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy—meaning you have 30 days from the date your order lands to request a return.

What Makes an Item Returnable

To keep things tidy as a freshly groomed coat, returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label plus instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some products are final sale by nature, including:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before sending it back.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Want to swap sizes or styles? The fastest route is to return the original item; once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging) and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
